Chelo is a singer, dancer, host, writer, actress, designer, and entrepreneur. With powerful vocals, energetic dance moves, thought-provoking lyrics, funky style, and fun stage persona, she loves to thrill any crowd.

HISTORIC – New Music Video Presented by Barong Warehouse

Chelo founded and manages the clothing lines: Barong Warehouse, and BY:CHelo. Formerly, she had a retail store and performing arts school in a major mall in Manila called, Capital G. Building on her ecommerce expertise, she also designed the webstore for 3LeafLabs. She finished her education with a First Honours Business Administration degree from Middlesex University in London.

Chelo has opened for big acts such as Nicki Minaj, Pussycat Dolls, Justin Timberlake, Ne-Yo, and Timbaland in Manila. She has toured in Southeast Asia as an adidas Originals sponsored host with music legends Ali Shaheed Muhammad of Tribe Called Quest, Maceo of De La Soul, Tony Touch, and the Triple Threat DJ’s.

She received “Best Dance Recording” from the Awit Awards, “Female Style Icon” and “Best Music Video” from Urban Music Awards in Manila. She is a founding member of the two-time World Hip-hop Dance Champions, the Philippine Allstars. She has other experiences in acting (TVCs, TV shows, and feature film), hosting, and modeling (print).
